A couple of days ago I posted this amazing fashion editorial starring Romanian model Elena Baguci, today, another Romanian supermodel: Diana Dondoe, is the star of my blog. She was a very present face on all major runways, but lately I think she does more editorial work than runway. She may not be your typical bombshell/doll-face beauty but her looks are strong and unforgettable. I personally love her even more because we share the same first name. Basic black never goes out of style. Lately I wear a lot of black because of the very cold weather we have in Romania right now. I get a protective/protected feeling when wearing black, as when I wear bold colors or prints I feel more exposed. Subtle vs. exuberant, winter vs. spring. Back to black!

Diana is such a light creature, it’s weird to see her in black. I mean both of you Diana’s. I love black for winter, it’s just powerful enough to make the day and night outfit, plus it screams “dark angel”(even if I’d look a lot better in colorful outfits or white ones). I think I’m gonna tattoo one on my shoulder as a Christmas gift! Or maybe a dark red rosebud… Dunno yet, but I’ve been craving for a tattoo since high school.
