While my vintage, green-hounds-tooth-printed coat may not be as spectacular as a signature Prada or Marni coat, it still keeps me warm in this cold, cold winter (it had gotten way too cold in Romania right now). I know that there are some readers from parts of the world where they don’t feel the killingly low temperatures of winter, like the ones I feel every morning when going to school, and be sure that I’d love to spend winter time on some sunny island, tanning.
Reality is different, so a warm coat is indispensable for me right now. Better warm than getting a cold, right? Oh, and I’d love to wear ankle booties everyday to school, but I always end up jumping in my self-painted silver Ugg boots (that will soon get black; stay tuned to see how), because, let’s face it, it’s better to be warm and comfortable than fashionably freezing. Right???

I’m totally diggin that $1500 scarf.
It’s MASSIVE!!
I love to dress up warm for winter too, comfort all the way!
yes i’m one of those who don’t really experience “winter” the way it should be.
but that’s Singapore for you!
sunny island is just about right :)
how ironic, in my sch, we have a few extreme fashion types bundling up in trench coats and blazers for lectures… though i just saw this amazing jacket/coat at Pull&Bear, it was soooo warm and surprisingly well-made.
and THEN i really wished we had winter.
