This is my every day lunch! A super-salad!? Today I prepared it myself, it’s made out of cabbage, cucumbers, apples, tomatoes and cheese whit lemon juice as a dressing; it is healthy, fresh and delicious!
I am a vegetarian for five years now, so basically what I eat are cereals with yogurt and a banana in the morning (the banana really makes the difference, try it out!)? and at lunch my super salad. As for dinner I blend together different fruits into fresh squeezed, thick, vitamin rich juices.
I am not on a diet, however I do have a very slow burning metabolism so I don’t really loose weight by eating this way. I’d have to work out/jog every day to loose weight.
By the way, I really should get myself together and go jogging again! I’ve been way to lazy in the past couple of days. I blame in on school. Or should I blame my bf? Ignorance of lazyness is bliss. Right?
