Last year, I was working at home, in my one room apartment in Timisoara. When I first met Florina she was a client of mine, she needed a dress for her graduation party. She appreciated my work and gave me a brooch she made, as a present and I told her to really take her work seriously because she is talented. After a couple of months I made another dress for her and we really got to know each other better, so it came natural to also start working together.

Her business took off, so she used to come over to my place and we’d work together in my tiny room all day.  It was nice to sleep/wake up surrounded by crystals and jewelery, but it was clear that we needed to get a (bigger) place for work. So naturally, we started dreaming and dreaming about the perfect workspace/showroom, but we realized that we could not afford any of it. Well, more than a year has passed and we are closer and closer to actually moving into that perfect working space we always dreamed of. It’s starting to look just how we imagined it and it is overwhelmingly amazing!

So I wanted to share. At least our dreams and how we turn them into reality if not the hard work, frustrations and daily wars that I constantly fight. I’ll keep those for myself, for now.
