Recently, I made the mistake of walking by a thrift store in Resita exactly on the day of sales. So, of course I entered and exited shortly after, because I don’t need much time to find favorite garments. I liked this coat immediately, as it looks like an oversize men’s blazer with it’s straight cut. I wish I had a perfect Jil Sander coat like those ones, but, Oh well, you can’t have it all, can you?
From the same store, I got this 80’s inspired C&A glittery knit dress, which I’ll wear as a top, with the Lanvin inspired ruffle cape I made a while ago, layered on top as a skirt, and as the sweater dress it actually is, over colored or opaque black tights. It kinda was a “glittery” shopping day, that gray bolero was another find, it fits very well to my body shape. Also, I kinda have a crush on this vintage black leather hat. It belonged to my mom’s friend Ines’ dad, after I washed it myself, when it was dry, I just used body lotion to soften the leather. Did you know about that? It actually works for leather shoes too, in case you wash your own shoes and not take them to the dry cleaning. Body lotion or hand creme also work when you get new shoes, saving your feet from blisters.

Great tip.The Indian leather slippers my mom sends are so stiff and I always get blisters
I cannot pull off mens clothing very well unless it is my dad’s baggy, bummy stuff I may wear to the gym. GOOD JOB!
